The CBT2 ‘Paws Up’ beta shipped a near-daily cadence of update notices. Here is the consolidated log of what actually changed.
Jan 26: Mostly cleanup: cleared story-blocking barriers in the Helgon and beginner arcs, fixed an early Dream Flower trigger, corrected swimming stamina drain, and improved Starlight Cloak cloth physics.
Jan 27: Restored Alpha-defeat rewards, fixed a login-blocking server-list bug, and patched the Aniimo Management filter. A gift of Glimmer ×600, Aniipod Trace ×10, and Aniipod Ultra ×3 went to players who finished character creation before Jan 27, 18:00 (UTC+8).
Jan 30: Twenty-six fixes plus a Weekend Wishes preview. Glynsera now auto-unlocks evolution at Fenrier Level 29, high-level Alpha/Omega damage was rebalanced, and Epic Carried Item Chests joined the Homeland Shop.
Jan 31: Previewed Operation: Egg Heist (Veteran Pathfinder gate) and retuned Energy Master to boost damage against BREAK-state targets.
Feb 1: A short pass: four fixes plus the Island Area Expedition preview.
Feb 3: Added an Egg Heist invulnerability window for new entrants, then knocked out sixteen bugs spanning skills, weather forecasts, and Snap Mode.
Feb 4: Egg Heist turned co-op: submitted eggs are now team-shared, and evacuation triggers on one egg or fewer Eggshell Coins. This is the change that reshaped the mode, and our Egg Heist guide walks through how it plays now.
Editor’s read: the trajectory from the Jan 31 preview to the Feb 3 invulnerability window to the Feb 4 team-share rework reads less like routine bug-fixing and more like the team actively course-correcting the mode in response to testers. For players, it means Egg Heist runs you remember from late January no longer match how it works at the end of the beta, so any early strategy notes are worth re-checking.
Feb 6: DX12 loading stutter reduced and team chat now defaults to the team channel.
