About & editorial standards

Aniimo Tools is an independent fan resource for Aniimo: the database, interactive map, type chart, codes, tier list and guides. Our one rule: we never invent facts. Every datum on the site traces to an official source and is tagged by confidence so you always know how solid it is.

Last updated: 20 June 2026

How we verify

Aniimo is still in development, so a lot of what circulates online is rumour. We grade every fact with one of three confidence levels and only the highest level is ever asserted as machine-readable structured data:

  • Confirmed: stated by an official source (the dev team, the official wiki, store pages or patch notes). Safe to rely on.
  • Reported: seen in one credible place (e.g. a single official-wiki page) but not yet corroborated. Useful, but treat as provisional.
  • Speculated: community inference with no official confirmation. Clearly flagged, never presented as fact.

When the game changes, we update the source first, then the page, and we only move a page's "updated" date on a genuine content change, never on a routine redeploy.

Our promise on facts

  • Sourced, or it doesn't ship

Every concrete fact (dates, stats, rewards, mechanics) links to an official Aniimo channel: dev posts, the official wiki (wiki.aniimo.com), store pages and patch notes.

  • We never invent

Popular rumours that no official source backs get named and debunked, not repeated: no fabricated stats, no fake "100% catch", no made-up mechanics.

  • Honest about what's unsure

Current beta-build values are tagged Official · build CB2 (they may be retuned at launch); unconfirmed player reports are tagged Community, never dressed up as fact.

  • Dated, and open to correction

Each page shows when it was last reviewed. Spot an error? Tell us on Discord. We fix it, with the source.

Last full re-verification: June 2026. Every news article and guide on the site was re-checked against its own cited official source.
