Aniimo's Second Closed Beta Wraps Up on February 8

The Second Closed Beta closes February 8 at 23:59 (UTC+8) with a full data wipe, but three events carry keepsakes and a companion pact through to launch.

The team behind Aniimo has set a finish line for its Second Closed Beta. The test will close on February 8, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+8), after which the servers go temporarily offline. The developers describe this round as a limited-access, non-paid, data-deletion test, which means every bit of progress players have built will be wiped once the beta ends. (New to these test rounds? Our beta access guide walks through how the closed betas work.)

A clean save file does not have to mean leaving empty-handed, though. Three in-game events let testers carry something forward. The Starlight Festival hands out an exclusive “[2nd Closed Beta] Frame” that becomes redeemable when the game officially launches. The Reunion Promise event lets each player choose a single Aniimo to reunite with after release, preserving one bond past the reset. And the Fun Stamp Collection unlocks its treasure chests early, opening at 04:00 (UTC+8) on February 8 so players can grab the rewards before the servers close.

The studio also says feedback gathered during the test was logged, sorted, and worked on through daily updates. Future test news will arrive via Aniimo’s official site and social channels.

Editor’s note: for testers, the practical takeaway is that the wipe is total, so there is no point hoarding resources past the close. What actually survives is whatever you lock in through these three events, so the smart move before February 8 is to claim the frame, settle on your Reunion Promise pick, and open those stamp chests rather than grinding progress that will be deleted.
